Tietronix will be hosting a session titled “GPU-based Monte Carlo Ray Tracing Simulation for Solar Power Plants” at this year’s GPU Technology Conference. The presentation will be given by Dr. Michel Izygon, an expert on concentrating solar power plants. Sit in to learn more about how Tietronix leverages Nvidia GPUs to create a custom ray tracing engine that simulates sun rays from their source, to mirrors, to a receiver on top of a tower, heating the fluid to temperatures higher than 1000°F.
New Learning Technologies Conference - February 15-17, 2012 Orlando, Florida
Tietronix will present "Live! from NASA's International Space Station" at the New Learning Technologies Conference on Thursday, February 16. This presentation will introduce participants to the ISS Live! website and mobile device apps. ISS Live! brings real-time data from the ISS to the public, teachers and students, and lifelong learners/explorers. Not only will the users interactively learn about one of the greatest, most complex engineering structures, they will also be able to access the data to use in developing apps and other tools. See how NASA is using new learning technologies to accomplish this exciting and innovative project.

SEPG North America 2011 - March 21-24, 2011 Portland, Oregon
Tietronix will showcase its process improvement technology at the SEPG North America Conference in Portland Oregon March 21-24, 2011.
Tietronix applies various elements of innovation to develop techniques to assist customers in accomplishing process improvement objectives.
- One element includes the Software Developer's Assistant (SDA), a software process automation tool, developed under a NASA Small Business Innovative Research (SBIR) grant and currently used by NASA projects. SDA not only guides software teams through process activities, it automatically captures artifact information, saving time and effort during CMMI assessments.
- Our newest innovation, iACTIV, is an innovative serious game which employs an interactive model promoting collaboration between students and instructor for CMMI SVC training. iACTIV gives students an engaging, fun experience while gaining knowledge of the CMMI SVC model.
Come visit us at our booth to learn more about our Process Automation tool, view our library of processes (to include: CMMI ML3 , SCAMPI , and Six Sigma), and check out iACTIV.
