Full Time Positions Available:

Tietronix Software seeks an entry-level software engineer in a team environment. The responsibilities are:

  • Complete software applications and prototypes timely with high quality.
  • Work with the quality assurance team to fix defects.
  • Develop effective and efficient test plans, procedures, scripts.
  • Conduct software testing and complete reports.
  • Comply with the company’s software development process and standards.

Qualifications for this position are:

  • Bachelor of Science in computer science or equivalent.
  • 0-2 years of experience required.
  • High level of initiative, attention to detail, and team-oriented.
  • Strong problem solving skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience in one or more of the following areas:
    • Web application development: proficient in Java, C#, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS
    • Agile/Scrum software development process
    • Software testing, verification and validation
  • U.S. permanent resident or citizenship.

Contract Positions Available:

Tietronix Software seeks a Senior Software Build/Release Engineer for a Class III medical device project in Houston, Texas. This is a contract positon from three to 12 months and can become a permanent position with benefits.

Qualifications for this position are:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or equivalent.
  • High level of initiative, attention to detail, and team-oriented.
  • Strong problem solving skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • 10 or more years of experience in all of the following areas:
    • Daily software build/release and status reporting
    • On-time release of software to verification
    • Achieve high quality software delivery
    • Formal medical software development experience
    • Integrated test system environments
    • JavaScript and other scripting languages
    • Microsoft Visual Studio
    • C/C++/C# and other object oriented programming languages
